It was a late night at the office and Ashley had worked all day so neither one of us felt like cooking. So we decided to order chinese from the Great Wall in Hillsdale. We have ordered from there before many times and normally it is good food. Well this time it was TERRIBLE! She ordered Moo Goo Guy Pan or whatever it is and it was completely dry and had absolutely no sauce to it. I order just plain old chicken and fried rice and it tasted like it was spoiled. So I called them and told them what was going on and all they could tell me was “Our food is not bad, and the Moo Goo has plenty of sauce” well something like that in their broken english. What ever happened to customer service? They didn’t even offer to make us new food or refund our money. After 15 long minutes on the phone with them I gave up. NEVER again will we order from there!!!!
